Longtime RMCA Member Transitions

Jim Cullumber has been a part of RCMA for 20 years and attended almost every annual conference. Recently Jim announced a transition from the Christian Church Foundation to a new fund-raising position with a community college in southwest Missouri. Jim will miss his time with RCMA, but is looking forward to being closer to his 3 grandchildren.
