After 40 years of ministry and leadership, Enoch Williams retired and passed on his leadership to Arrowhead veteran Scott Falk on January 1, 2018. Enoch’s involvement in Arrowhead predates its very existence, having worked with Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ) since 1973. Arrowhead was founded as a subsidiary of Cru in 1986. Scott Falk has worked with Enoch for more than 20 years at Arrowhead, and as they began creating a succession plan, Scott emerged as the natural choice. Enoch will remain on board to assist in the transition through March.
