Designing Your Best Event
Excellent event design requires imagination, experience, and skill. Working with a trusted creative partner may be the key that takes your event from good to...the best! Bartha has helped faith-based planners create outstanding events for decades. We met with Bartha’s team to learn how they provide a one-stop solution for an event's creative and logistical needs.
How does Bartha help planners take their event to the next level–creatively and logistically?
We love to help planners create events that connect with their audience in a meaningful way. This requires a personalized approach. Through careful listening, brainstorming, and managing details, we guide planners through a disciplined process to create their best event ever!
Our personalized approach extends into how we form a unique team for each event. We strategically assign our technical and creative team members based on how their skills align with an event's content and goals. In the end, planners get a team who has experienced a similar event, and has the combined knowledge to navigate every aspect of that event!
How is Bartha uniquely suited to serve large events?
We are fortunate to have a talented team who doesn't shy away from any challenge. Just this year, we've conducted numerous events, hosted in various venues including exhibit halls, stadiums, and arenas–with crowds of up to 70,000 people! Our business is built to tackle the technical and creative challenges of highly complex events. A huge advantage we have is that we own, warehouse, and truck all of our gear. As a result, our teams are highly familiar with the Bartha-owned LED walls, line arrays, laser projectors, wireless audio systems, and other complex technology. With this knowledge, the Bartha team can set up quickly and tend to clients' rehearsal needs, saving costly labor hours.
What recent events has Bartha helped to achieve success?
We have had many successful events in recent years, including our execution of the 28th & 29th General Assemblies for the Church of the Nazarene. They came to us with the challenge of broadcasting congregations worldwide in each meeting session. This included live singing groups in Guatemala City and scripture readings from Manchester, all seamlessly integrated into a live session with 5,000 attendees.
Our work at this year's 61st General Conference Session for the Seventh-Day Adventists was lauded by our client as flawlessly executed. This is thanks to the excellent work of our team in creating, planning, and scheduling production with care for every detail.
A long-time corporate client, Shaklee, asked for an immersive live experience. Our creative and technical team knocked it out of the park with a 360-degree visual experience of video and lighting that surrounded the audience.
