EMERGE 2024 Opening Reception

Viva San Antonio! EMERGE opens on January 9th with a night of Fiesta as Visit San Antonio welcomes us to their amazing city. Enjoy the brightly colored décor and culinary delights typical to a San Antonio Fiesta while you mix and mingle with local providers at the Henry B. González Convention Center.

In San Antonio, Fiesta is a 10-day celebration featuring more than 100 city-wide events that offer music, food, sports, pageantry, military, and parades.  The celebration started in 1890 when a group of citizens decided to honor the heroes of the Battle of the Alamo with a parade. The immediate success of the parade has evolved over the many years into what we call Fiesta. All the monies raised during the 10-day celebration are split among local non-profit organizations in San Antonio.
