Al Hutchinson Featured in PCMA’s Groundbreakers

Visit Baltimore President and CEO Al Hutchinson was recently featured in PCMA’s Groundbreakers initiative. The interview, Being a ‘Part of the Solution’, details how Hutchinson is seeking ways to make CVBs — and the communities they serve — more equitable, diverse, and inclusive. Hutchinson is an active part of RCMA, serving on the board of directors and RCMA’s MOSAIC Diversity Commission.

“I think allyship is really the fundamental that we all have to accept, because again, this is a human issue,” Al Hutchinson said. “If we see some injustice, someone who’s not treated fairly, someone who’s discriminated against, allyship means we should be a partner to condemning that and to bringing it down.”
