RCMA Board Chair Hutchinson to Focus on Member Wellness

Al Hutchinson, President & CEO of Visit Baltimore, recently shared about his new role as RCMA Board Chair:

"I am deeply proud to assume the role of Chair of the Religious Conference Management Association, an organization dedicated to inspiring religious meeting attendees worldwide by providing resources for exceptional meetings, assemblies, and conventions. I have had the honor of serving on the RCMA Board for several years and have had the opportunity to witness the organization's commitment to serving communities and building a better world firsthand. 

As we go into this year together, one key focus area will be mental health and wellness for our leadership and membership. As the world continues to face collective challenges, it is especially important to make self-care a priority in order to be effective and impactful leaders. I can't wait to work together with the rest of the RCMA board and team to continue providing exceptional experiences for our membership."
