NEW! Emerge 2020 Planner Recruitment Incentive Program

As we continue to build the RCMA Faith-based Planner Community, we rely heavily on relationships. Each year, we hear from planners and suppliers about those they ‘wished’ could have been at our events. Now’s your chance to help out.

With the Planner Recruitment Incentive Program, you (Planners and Suppliers) could receive gift cards, travel vouchers, and even an iPad!

DETAILS

Help us recruit qualified planners to attend the 2020 Emerge Conference, February 4-6 in Irving, Texas. A qualified planner is:

• one that is responsible for the planning process of their religious organization.

• holds meetings that meet in multiple locations (not the same location each time).

• utilizes at least 50 hotel rooms on the peak night of their event.

• hasn’t attended the Emerge Conference in 2018 or 2019.
  

In order for you to qualify, you’ll need to help direct planners to register for the 2020 Emerge Conference. They must:

• list you in the ‘Referred By’ field on the registration form.

• attend the 2020 Emerge Conference.

In order to receive the incentive you qualify for, you’ll need to attend the 2020 Emerge Conference also. As an added incentive, recruited planners should use the code promo20 in the Discount Code box as they check out during the registration process. This will give them a complimentary registration!
