RCMA Lunch & Learn and an Advisory Council Meets in Texas

In late June, RCMA hosted a Lunch & Learn event at the newly renovated Omni Las Colinas in Irving, TX.  Nearly 30 Dallas/Ft. Worth area planners and suppliers joined RCMA staff for the 2-hour session, with an open dialog about the current state of events, success stories and challenges.

After the lunch, 6 local planners participated in an Advisory Council opportunity, spending 8 hours pouring over topics related to faith-based events, future RCMA initiatives, live vs. hybrid events, best practices and numerous areas of discussion. RCMA is grateful for their participation and works on a consistent basis to connect with our membership and listen for feedback and concern.

Advisory Council Participants:

  • Darrel Arthurs, Promise Keepers

  • Stephen Brooks, Southwest Region Conference Seventh-day Adventist Segi Desta, ConferenceDirect

  • Maggie Lechner, The Gathering

  • Kurt Kjellstrom, Kenneth Copeland Ministries

  • Barbara Patterson, National Missionary Baptist Church of America
