50th Anniversary Road Tour Recap

RCMA continued its 50th anniversary celebration this summer with four stops across the country engaging with planners. Along with our host, Hyatt Hotels, RCMA leadership met with nearly 100 planners with stops in Baltimore, MD, Frisco, TX, Schaumburg, IL, and Atlanta, GA. The 3-hour Lunch & Learn opportunities featured culinary displays from Hyatt Hotel chefs and lively discussion around the lunch table, diving into current trends, challenges, and solutions to keep faith-based meetings moving forward.

One prominent theme was evident at each stop - community is invaluable. Spending time sharing success stories and challenges provided opportunities and reminders that planners are encountering the same challenges. Stories of planners’ personal experiences, along with input from Hyatt Hotels Director of World Wide Accounts, Jeff Perrin, provided understanding and encouragement as well as solutions to help planners continue to meet their event goals.
