RCMA Board Seeking Nominations
RCMA is focused on serving our community of planners and suppliers with innovation and excellence. Participation and service on the RCMA Board of Directors is both an honor and key responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
» The Board of Directors is the principal governing body of RCMA and exercises full supervision and control of all its corporate association affairs, including: vision, finances, policies, recruitment, and participation.
» Nominees must be a professional planner or supplier member of RCMA for a minimum of three years. Previous attendance of at least two 2 annual RCMA Conferences is required.
» Nominees must have significant leadership experience within the hospitality industry or related faith-based organizations.
» Three year term of service for Directors, Maximum six years of service (2 terms).
» Attendance at two board meetings that take place each year: Jan./Feb. in conjunction with Annual Conference; May/June visit to future Conference site.
NOMINATION PROCESS
To provide a nomination to RCMA’s Board of Directors, please submit the nominee’s name, organization, title, email and phone number to dhochstetler@rcmaweb.org. The RCMA Nominating Committee will conduct interviews.
Nominees will be formally presented to the RCMA Board of Directors at the next Annual Conference and for final consideration and ratification.
New directors will assume office on the first day following RCMA’s Annual Conference and Tradeshow.
